The perfect hotel

Beğenilen: This hotel is amazing and truly has everything you could want or need. It’s clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We stayed in a family room with a pool view, near the smaller reception pools — a quiet and peaceful location. The room was great, with sliding doors separating the children's sleeping area, which was a really useful feature. The minibar was well-stocked, and everything was kept very clean and tidy. We arrived very late, but the Time Out bar is open 24 hours and kindly made us some toasties on arrival — such a thoughtful touch! The food options are excellent, with so much choice. We especially loved the snack bars near the main pool — the service there was brilliant. You can also grab hot dogs, pizza, and jacket potatoes from the beach huts, which was really convenient. One thing to note: the lady at the crepe stall made us feel quite uncomfortable. Every time we visited with a bag, she shook her tip box at us, and seemed visibly annoyed if we said we didn’t have any cash. While we are always happy to tip when we can, being pressured like that — especially when we simply didn’t have money on us — felt a bit intimidating. The location of the hotel is perfect: it’s right by the beach, with just a 20-minute walk to Side Old Town, and there’s a shopping centre at the front of the hotel too. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and the à la carte restaurants were fantastic. A truly memorable stay — our little piece of paradise!

Misafir İlişkileri'nden Christina'ya, klima sorununu hızlı ve profesyonel bir şekilde çözdüğü için ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Düden Bar'daki Muhammer ve ana restorandaki Tuğrul'un tutarlı olarak sıcak ve verimli hizmetleri için de takdir ediyoruz. Ana sorun otelin içme suyu düzenlemeleridir. Çoğu yerde su, bardaklar dolunca doldurulur. Plajda sadece 200 ml'lik bardaklar bulunur ve 0,5 L'lik şişeler genellikle lobide mevcuttur. Bu, düzgün şişe suyu almak için plajdan veya havuzdan ayrılmamız gerektiği anlamına gelir. Güneş koltuklarının yakınındaki plaj réfrigérateur'ı taşırken küçük bardakların dökülmesi sıklıkla olur ve ince bardaklar düşürülürse patlayabilir.
